About me
I’ve spent 25 years working in and leading technology organizations—fixing broken systems, building better teams, strengthening security, and helping organizations use technology to move forward. I’m especially interested in how AI can be adopted responsibly, governed well, and turned into something useful instead of just something flashy. I like complex problems, practical solutions, and leaving things better than I found them.

I’ve spent my career walking into complicated environments, figuring out what actually matters, and building a path forward that people can live with. That means listening first, understanding the real problem, balancing risk with reality, and turning technology into something that supports the organization instead of getting in its way.
Right now, I’m focused on responsible AI, cybersecurity, modernization, and building technology operations that can scale without becoming a mess. I’ve led cloud migrations, strengthened security and governance, consolidated fragmented systems, rebuilt infrastructure, grown IT teams, and helped organizations keep moving through rapid change. Give me a complicated environment, competing priorities, and something that needs to work better, and I’m probably already interested.
